What other members can see

Your public profile shows your display name, suburb and state, member date and completed trade ratings. Your email, mobile number and street address are never public. A postal address is shared only with the other participant after an offer is accepted and only for that transaction.

How information is used

Information is used to manage your collection, wishlist, matches, offers, messages and agreed exchanges. We do not sell private contact details. Sensitive address details are excluded from public catalogue, search and analytics data.

Controls

You can manage your profile and items from your account. Account deletion, address retention and data access processes will be implemented and documented before commercial launch.
