Marketplace rules
Swapto is a community marketplace for exchanging legitimate physical Yoto cards and Tonie figures. Treat each other with care, describe items honestly and keep conversations on Swapto.
List only physical items you own
Do not list stolen, counterfeit or misleading items. Do not offer copied cards, pirated audio, cloned products or copyrighted digital downloads. Swapto does not host, copy or distribute Yoto or Tonies audio.
Describe condition clearly
Choose an accurate condition and share clear photos when they help. Tell the other person about wear, damage or missing packaging before agreeing to swap.
Keep personal details private
Your public profile shows your display name and suburb and state. Keep your street address, email and phone number private. Exchange postal details through the accepted transaction flow only.
Agree on postage before you post
For ordinary swaps, each person pays to post their own item. Agree on the shipping method and expectations in Swapto messages. Add tracking where it makes sense, and mark items received promptly.
Be kind and act in good faith
No harassment, threats, discrimination or deceptive behaviour. You can block a member or report a listing, message or transaction for review.
