Swapto works best when families are clear, patient and respectful. Keep messages polite, respond to offers in a reasonable time and follow through once you agree to a swap.

Look after one another

Never share another member's private information. Use the in-app messages, block features and reporting tools if something feels wrong.

Report concerns

Report counterfeit items, unsafe behaviour, abusive messages or an item that differs significantly from its description. Save your messages and transaction details to help the review.

Stay on platform

Keep swap arrangements and transaction messages in Swapto so both people have a clear record.
